What is the Third Eye Chakra?
The Third Eye chakra, or Ajna, is the sixth chakra and the centre of intuition, insight and inner vision. Located between the eyebrows and governed by the element of Light, it is the seat of your perception beyond the physical senses. It governs intuition, imagination, wisdom and the ability to see the bigger picture and deeper truths. When the Third Eye is open, you trust your inner knowing, perceive clearly and access insight and imagination with ease. It is the eye that sees inward, illuminating the path of self-awareness and wisdom.
