1. About Chiromyst

Chiromyst ("we", "our", "the Service") is an online palmistry service available at chiromyst.com. We provide AI-assisted palm readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

Chiromyst delivers a digital palm reading report. The product is:

Entirely digital — no physical goods are shipped
Delivered immediately online after successful payment
A one-time purchase — there are no recurring subscriptions
For entertainment purposes only — not a substitute for professional advice of any kind

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chiromyst to:

Upload images that do not depict a real human hand
Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service
Resell or redistribute the generated reports without our written permission

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

      Palm readings provided by Chiromyst are for entertainment and personal reflection only. We make no representations that the content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not make life decisions based solely on a Chiromyst reading.
    

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chiromyst and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant reading.

7. Intellectual Property

The Chiromyst name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. The palm reading report generated for you is provided for your personal use only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
