Chiromyst ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:
- Email address — collected by Paddle at the time of payment, used to deliver your receipt and provide purchase support
- Palm photos — uploaded by you for analysis; processed in real time and not stored after the reading is generated
- Payment information — handled entirely by Paddle; we never see or store your card details
- Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging
3. Palm Photos — Important
Your palm photos are sent to our AI provider for analysis and then immediately discarded. We do not:
- Store photos on our servers after the reading is complete
- Use your photos to train AI models
- Share photos with any third party other than our AI processing provider
The analysis is performed in a single request. Once the reading is returned to you, the image data is gone from our systems.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your palm reading
- To process your payment and send a receipt (via Paddle)
- To respond to support requests
- To maintain the security and stability of the Service
5. Third-Party Services
We work with the following third parties:
- Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance. Paddle acts as merchant of record and has its own privacy policy.
- Anthropic — AI model provider used to analyze palm images. Images are sent via API and subject to Anthropic's data processing terms.
We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
6. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
- Palm photos: deleted immediately after analysis
- Email address: retained by Paddle per their policy; we may retain it for transaction records for up to 2 years
- Server logs: deleted after 30 days
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at savagerus.art@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
